Clean as a whistle

I saw half of my team of Doctors today, but Dr. Burrows was the main player and he read al of my tests , images and scan results that were taken last week and he says, " Im clean as a whistle". He did comment that technicaly I should be dead right now, but being a strong guy I beat it and the odds. He says I will have aches, pains and discomfort here and there for the rest of my life especially when weather changes due to the surgery, and I most likely will continue to have discomfort when I eat due to the surgery and the fact that he removed my Esophagus and Stomach, but all in all I feel good and I am Cancer free and alive today to talk about it !
