One year Coming up

Well Sept 24th is my full body scan and blood work, I have mixed feelings about it.
Sept 23 being my actual one year anniversary of being Cancer Free, and knowing that 50 percent of most Esophageal Cancer patients get Cancer back within two years of first being diagnosed, and only 17.1 percent of individuals diagnosed with (stage III) esophageal cancer live past five years after their original diagnosis leaves me just a little apprehensive.
I don’t let that thought consume me but I do have it in the back of my mind. But It does make me a little nervous about what my team of doctors will find.

My Med Port is still in and I expect that to be surgically removed soon.

I do feel fairly good now, I still have discomfort in some areas and I do battle some fatigue, and there are still some post surgical and digestive issues we are battling but all in all I fell Pretty good.
