How can anyone have a problem on a day like today?

Its a gorgeous day here in Maryland, I hope your having a pretty day where you are too. I happen to be having a decent day today so far, I feel okay, I need to run to Staples for some blank DVD's and maybe onto Walmart, then who knows what Ill do. I may even venture out to my storage shed and play in there a little.
I promised Mom that I wouldn't post pictures of what the removal of my Esophagus will look like but I wanted to post it up since so many people are asking what my surgery will entail, so I cartoonized the photo to make it less graphic for Mom. Anyway below is what they will be doing surgically to me next month or so.....I have to admit Im a bit scared.
