Today is literally the worst day I have had since I have become sick. Nothing at all is staying down, the smell or thought of food makes me heave, my throat feels like razors and my fatigue has over come me not to mention my hair has started to fall out now, Im finding it everywhere, on my pillows, in the shower and around the sink. Its not comining out in clumps but its noticable. Ill get through this somehow. It will all be worth it as long as the end result is positive.
