Well Mom, Jeff and JoAnn are on theyre way home after a short but great visit. I had a great time, it was aesome to see them.

Im feeling pretty good, I may hang by the pool all day.
Tomorrow is my Stress Test this is not a worry at all, I passed it when I smoked, I can pass it now that I am smoke free .

1715 ~ After a really miserable day ( pain wise ) Im feeling a little better. Im having a Capt and Coke and Im grilling some Chicken on the grill that Debbi marinated, and Debbi and I will enjoy a beautifull Sunday Evening.
