Results from todays EDG-EUS

Today was my EDG-EUS. Again the folks at UMD was so professional, attentive and caring, you would swear that I was the only patient in there today. A lot transpired today but heres the Readers Digest vesion

A large Milignant Mass was found with no bleeding in the middle 3rd of my Esophagus 32 cm and extended 37cm from the incisors, and the mass is 11 mm thick.
They have found that 10 or so Lymph Nodes are affected and Cancerous, most are closely grouped with the exception a couple near my neck area

There are Esphagus Mucosal changes secondary to already established Barrets Disease.

They also found a medium sized Hiatal Hernia.

My Stomach appears Cancer free along with my bones, lungs, Liver Pancreas and Kindneys all look clean. Thats great news !

The TOR Team wants to wait for Friday and RE~STAGE my Cancer if nessasary. They want to read the results of The Cytology Report first, then we will discuss the plan for treatment

The Surgeon Dr Greenwald is an expceptional doctor, he told me that there is no such thing as Stage 5 Cancer, only classes 1-4. Stage 4 being not curable. Stage 3 can be cured but it will be on MFer of a fight, and with that said, I have been penciled in as a Stage III Cancer Patient, it could change on Friday.
Well thats it for today guys, Ill keep you posted
